Soccer Friends USA is proud to announce that our winter 2017 enrollment is now open and the new season begins the weekend of 1/2/17. As always, you can expect small group sizes (which means more individual attention for your child), the best coach-to-child ratio of any program, and the best indoor locations in Central Queens. We have the use of four excellent, warm and safe gyms in the Kew Gardens/Forest Hills/Rego Park area. These locations are perfect for your child to continue to play soccer while the outdoor fields and playgrounds are being blasted by polar vortexes and covered in snow drifts and ice.
We also wanted to let you know that in January 2017, we will have our FUTSAL SOCCER GAMES hosted by Soccer Friends USA. Futsal is a fast-paced, 5-a-side soccer game that is widely played across the world and is officially recognized by both the US Soccer Federation and FIFA, the world governing body of soccer. Futsal is a sport that is a derivative of soccer and played with five-player teams on a basketball-style court, with no walls and a smaller, low-bouncing ball. While it can be a sport in its own right, Futsal does not compete with mainstream soccer, but serves to support it. Futsal is considered a valuable tool in the development of young players to assist them in becoming more technically proficient in situations of high pressure. Great soccer superstars such as Pele, Zico, Ronaldo and Neymar grew up playing the game and credit futsal with developing their skills. This program is open for 5 year olds and up at all skill levels. Our first location is our very own Soccer Friends USA gym ideally located in the heart of Forest Hills at 108-14 72nd Avenue, Forest Hills, NY 11375.

We offer weekday and weekend morning /afternoon classes. This gym is well suited for our younger age groups. The second location is J.H.S. 190 Russell Sage at 68th Avenue between Booth & Austin Street, Queens, NY, 11375.

This is a very large gym and excellent for all ages. This is one of the locations that will be used for Indoor Futsal league. The third location is the Forest Hills Jewish Center, 106-06 Queens Boulevard Forest Hills, NY 11375-4248.

We offer classes here Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. This location is also home to our office which is located in the third floor Gym. All classes are held in the late afternoon. This location recently underwent a very expansive re-construction of the entire building, including a brand new full-size gymnasium. This location has always been one of our most popular locations due to its central location in the heart of Forest Hills, free parking on site and the option to hold classes inside the gym and outside on the playground during the warmer months. With the upgrade, it will only make it more of a popular Soccer Friends USA destination. Remember, our classes are for children aged 18 months through 16 years. For children over 12, please call us. These locations and classes are already popular with the families and children who were with us this past fall. PLEASE NOTE OUR WEEKEND CLASSES ARE THE MOST POPULAR AND FILL UP VERY QUICKLY. Enrollment for Winter 2017 is now officially open and already spots are filling up quickly.
